TitleLead Dental Assistant
Job Description- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team.
- Manage supply ordering and inventory maintenance.
- Support clinical efficiency and patient flow.
- Help maintain a positive and growth-focused office culture.
- Provide expert chairside assistance during complex procedures, including dental extractions, implant placements, and periodontal surgeries.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Sterilize dental instruments and prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments.
- Prepare patients for dental procedures by ensuring comfort and explaining what to expect.
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed and ensure all images are of diagnostic quality.
- Prepare and mix dental materials such as fillings, impressions, and bonding agents.
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
part-time $28 - $35 per hour
