Strategy and Strategic Planning \n
\n - Proven experience developing multi?year strategies for large, complex organizations
\n - Ability to design and articulate strategy frameworks (vision, North Star, themes, roadmaps, value levers)
\n - Strong capability to translate ambiguity into structured, fact?based strategic narratives
\n
Payments and Financial Services Domain \n
\n - Payments domain experience strongly preferred (e.g., ACH, wires, instant payments, investigations, servicing, controls)
\n - Understanding of operational, regulatory, and risk considerations in financial services environments
\n
Executive Communication and Storytelling \n
\n - Exceptional skill in creating executive?ready decks, narratives, and decision materials
\n - Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear, concise leadership messaging
\n - Comfort interfacing directly with senior leaders and domain experts
\n
Synthesis and Problem Solving \n
\n - Ability to piece together disparate context, data, and viewpoints into a coherent strategy or recommendation
\n - Strong analytical and critical?thinking skills to assess options, trade?offs, and impacts

Execution and Integration (Desired)\n
\n - Experience supporting integration planning, roadmap development, and sequencing of initiatives
\n - Familiarity with execution governance, dependency management, and progress tracking

In this assignment, candidates will: \n
\n - This assignment is specific to contingent resources
\n - Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution
\n - Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
\n - Provide expertise to Client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions
\n - Strategically engage with Client personnel
\n
Required Qualifications: \n
\n - 7 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
\n - Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
\n - Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
\n - Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
\n
