Seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager, the full-time remote position will manage supply and inventory planning for the Marketplace channel, primarily focusing on Amazon, to ensure optimal inventory levels and support sales and promotional activities. Key responsibilities Own supply and inventory planning for Blueland's Marketplace channel, ensuring appropriate inventory positioning Translate demand forecasts into actionable production and inventory deployment plans Monitor inventory levels and develop allocation strategies to maintain service levels while balancing working capital objectives Required qualifications 5+ years of direct Amazon supply chain, inventory planning, or replenishment experience 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, or related fields, preferably within CPG or a fast-growing omnichannel brand Experience working with contract manufacturers to manage production schedules and inventory requirements Strong understanding of inventory management concepts and ability to identify supply risks Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel; experience with NetSuite preferred
