Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation and goals
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada (permanent license required)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
• Expected 40 hours per week; 32 hours per week expected during holiday weeks

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Equipment provided and parking available to support a smooth onboarding experience
• Weekly billing cycle offering consistent and timely compensation processing
