The Law Offices of Jibrael S. Hindi is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled California

Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert

Duties

\n

\n
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel, draft and review legal documents
\n

\n

including contracts, motions, pleadings, and legal briefs with clarity and accuracy.

\n

\n
• Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case
\n

\n

strategies and ensure compliance with procedural laws.

\n

\n
• Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and
\n

\n

participating in court depositions and litigation proceedings.

\n

\n
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients in court or
\n

\n

during alternative dispute resolution processes.

\n

\n
• Manage legal case files efficiently using case management software; maintain
\n

\n

meticulous records of all case activities.

\n

\n
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain legal options, progress updates, and
\n

\n

procedural requirements while maintaining confidentiality.

\n

\n

Experience and Qualifications

\n

\n
• Minimum Five years of experience litigating in California state and federal courts.
\n
• Preferably arbitration experience including drafting substantive briefs.
\n
• Admitted to practice law in California.
\n
• Juris Doctor degree from accredited ABA law school. Excellent academic record.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to manage court depositions and trial preparation with
\n

\n

confidence and professionalism.

\n

\n
• Strong background in legal research utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms;
\n

\n

familiarity with legal research methods.

\n

\n
• Experience drafting contracts and legal motions; adept at procedural law
\n

\n

knowledge and litigation strategies.

\n

\n
• Excellent negotiation skills with a record of successful client advocacy in complex
\n

\n

cases

\n

\n
• Prior work in a fast-paced law office environment managing multiple cases
\n

\n

simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

\n

\n
• Exceptional writing skills for clear legal drafting; proficient in legal research and
\n

\n

case management systems

\n

\n
