RTI International is seeking a dependable Field Interviewer to support research that helps improve lives and inform policy. In this field-based role, you will recruit eligible participants, conduct structured interviews, explain study procedures, obtain informed consent, and accurately record responses. You will follow established research protocols, protect confidential information, and coordinate with project staff to address fieldwork challenges. The ideal candidate communicates respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently while representing RTI with integrity. Previous survey, interviewing, outreach, or customer-service experience is helpful.
