Here's to crafting careers and creating new legacies.In the role of Temporary Brewery Worker at the Milwaukee, WI brewery you will be an equipment owner in the Warehouse. You will be responsible for a specific piece of equipment or a sub-section of the equipment to include maintaining standards, re-applying learnings to like equipment, assisting in the training on the equipment, etc. The position reports to the Line Lead and works closely with other brewery workers and craftspeople. This role pays at an hourly rate of $21.00.What You'll Be Brewing:Driving and operating forklifts to move product throughout warehouse and breweryOperate equipment and clear occasional jamsComplete quality checks and basic preventative maintenance tasks on equipment including valves, motors, pumps, filters, and gear boxesMaintain equipment at base condition through regular cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, and center liningFind and fix defectsUpdate standards and create training materialsBenchmark equipment and submit improvement ideasIdentify and eliminate chronic losses through root cause analysisTrack and display equipment metricsIndustrial SanitationIndustrial HygieneManufacturing or facility maintenanceEquipment cleaning and general housekeeping in an industrial environmentOther duties as assignedKey Ingredients:High School Diploma or GED is requiredValid Forklift license or ability to acquire one upon hireProven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environmentAbility to work full time, all shifts, all schedules, all days of the week to include weekends and holidaysPrevious experience with computer operationComfortable with the physical requirements of this position including sitting, standing, climbing, or balancing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, crouching or crawling.
